SOUTH WEST ACCOUNTANCY FIRM TARGETING BRISTOL’S HIGH FLYERS FOLLOWING ACQUISITION
BRISTOL, 16 October 2023: The acquisition of South West accountancy firm Probusiness by Shoreditch-based chartered management accountancy firm OD Accountants has been announced.
The acquisition will see Probusiness – based in Wells, Somerset – offer firms in Bristol’s growing clean energy and tech, creative and media and digital industries with access to a range of cutting-edge, innovative cloud-based digital finance tools, applications and services combined with its traditional accountancy and specialist tax services.
“Acquiring Probusiness provides an exciting opportunity to combine OD Accountant’s specialism in cloud-based Software as a Service (SaaS) accountancy systems and digital accountancy applications with the skills and experience of a great team in situ at Probusiness’ Wells offices.
