Get into Radio and Podcasting at Bristol’s BCfm Open Day

The annual BCfm Open Day (Saturday 6th July, 10am to 3pm) is an opportunity for local talent and the general public to visit the studios and get on the airwaves, also to meet the team and hear about the wide range of opportunities.

Speaking about the event, CEO Patrick Hart said “BCfm Radio plays a vital role in our community, and the open day is a fantastic opportunity for Bristolians to connect with the station, learn about community radio, and celebrate the power of local voices.”

BCfm Studios are located at Easton Community Centre – operated by the charity Eastside Community Trust, who are supporting the open day with their Community Event Funds.

CEO Stacy Yelland stated “We are delighted to partner with BCfm Radio for their annual open day, hosted right here at our community centre. BCfm is a vital part of Bristol’s cultural fabric, and we are proud to support their mission of amplifying local voices and building stronger community connections.
