Bedminster Beer Trail returns for 2025
The Bedminster Beer Trail is back and bolder than ever for its fourth edition, offering a Bank Holiday weekend packed with independent craft brews, community spirit and the unique character of South Bristol.
Running from Friday 23 to Sunday 25 May, the Trail promises a flavourful journey across 13 of Bedminster’s best independent pubs, bars, breweries and taprooms – solidifying its status as a staple on the Bristol drinks calendar.
Launched as a way to shine a light on BS3’s thriving hospitality scene, the Bedminster Beer Trail invites beer lovers to explore one of the UK’s most vibrant neighbourhoods, one pint at a time. Across the weekend, more than 100 different beers will be available to try, including exclusive one-off brews, special collaborations and rare finds served up by the people who make Bristol beer what it is.
Participating venues for the 2025 Trail include the Bristol Beer Factory Taproom, Tobacco Factory, The Spotted Cow, Lupe, Bar 57, KASK, Local, The Steam Crane, The Dame, The Coronation, On Point Brewing, Alpha Bottleshop and Bruhaha – all proudly independent and all pouring the very best of local and regional beer.
This year’s edition will feature a new limited-run Trail Beer, brewed in collaboration with New Bristol Brewery. Named ‘It’s Bemmie not Bedmo’, the beer is a playful nod to the area’s local identity and a must-try for Trail-goers. Alongside the beer, venues will also host exclusive experiences throughout the weekend, including meet-the-brewer events, beer and food pairings, DJ sets, and live music – offering something for casual drinkers and craft aficionados alike.
Trail Maps are now available to pick up at all participating venues, allowing visitors to create their own route and collect stamps as they go. Those who complete the trail will unlock a 10% discount on draft beer at all venues until the end of May – a reward for the most dedicated beer explorers. There’s no ticket or entry fee required – just turn up, grab a map and get stuck in.
More than a beer crawl, the Trail is a celebration of Bedminster’s unique blend of community, creativity and craft. From sun-soaked beer gardens to tucked-away taprooms, this self-guided tour offers locals and visitors alike a chance to discover what makes BS3 so special – and raise a glass to the independent venues at its heart.
