Wake The Tiger Bristol celebrates 4 years

Wake The Tiger Bristol celebrates 4 years

Published On: July 9th, 2026

Wake The Tiger Bristol is marking its anniversary by officially naming its flagship Bristol experience the Dream Factory, as the creative organisation prepares for an exciting next chapter of growth.

While Wake The Tiger remains the overarching creative force behind the groundbreaking concept—retaining the exact same vision, values, and commitment to extraordinary immersive experiences—each of its permanent attractions will now carry its own distinct identity. Moving forward, the original Wake The Tiger Bristol site is officially home to the Dream Factory. Meanwhile, a second permanent attraction is set to open in London later this year, featuring its own unique name to be announced soon.

This new naming strategy reflects the evolution of Wake The Tiger from a single, standalone Bristol attraction into a expanding family of immersive destinations. Each location will tell its own distinct story while remaining firmly rooted in the wider Wake The Tiger universe.

Since opening its doors in 2022, the Wake The Tiger Bristol park has welcomed more than half a million visitors, earning widespread national recognition as one of the UK’s most unique immersive experiences and establishing itself as an absolute must-visit destination in Bristol.

Inside the Lore: What is the Dream Factory?

At the heart of the fictional world of Meridia, the Dream Factory serves as a beacon of hope in a world where just five per cent of natural resources remain. Powered by living energy and imagination, the factory exists to help restore life to a fractured world, with every single visitor playing an active role in its unfolding story.

By giving each attraction its own identity, Wake The Tiger is building a cohesive family of parks within the same immersive world. Wake The Tiger Bristol proudly remains the birthplace and home of the original Amazement Park®, with all future locations introducing their own unique narratives and names under the parent brand.

Graham MacVoy, CEO and Co-founder of Wake The Tiger, said:

“When we opened Wake The Tiger four years ago, we set out to create something completely different – a place that would spark curiosity, creativity and imagination. To see more than half a million people step into that world has been incredible.

As we expand beyond Bristol, it felt like the right time for each of our attractions to have its own identity and story, while remaining part of the wider Wake The Tiger vision. The Dream Factory gives our original home a name that truly reflects the world we’ve created in Meridia and we’re psyched to keep building that story as we bring Wake The Tiger experiences to new audiences.”
