Giving back to Bristol’s shoppers and diners; All the businesses participating in January’s ‘Explore Bristol On Us’
33 businesses are offering customers and guests the chance to win a contribution towards their bill courtesy of Bristol City Centre Business Improvement District (BID)
Shoppers are being encouraged to beat the January blues and head into their favourite places in Bristol for the chance to win money off their purchases. Between Monday 15 and Friday 19 January, more than 30 businesses in the centre of Bristol are offering customers the opportunity to win a contribution toward their purchase with a Love Bristol Gift Card.
Venues participating in the event have been announced, including go-to city hotspots such as: Bambalan, Harbour House, Bristol Aquarium, Bristol Hippodrome, Flamingo’s Vintage, Pizzarova, Radisson Blu, and many more.
Each business has been provided with £200 to give out as prizes to lucky shoppers and diners, with participating venues including bars, restaurants, clothing shops and even hotels and hostels.
Businesses taking part will be choosing their own system for selecting their winner, with some choosing regular customers, some choosing to reward the first person to spend a specific value in the business, or some even opting for a scavenger hunt to find the gift card hidden within the venue. Businesses will be revealing their individual giveaway rules on their social media channels.

We hope that the chance to win a Love Bristol Gift Card encourages people to visit their familiar haunts in Bristol and discover some new favourites, supporting the high street, but also adding a bit of excitement to a traditionally quieter month.”
