The strategy behind the new location is simple but highly effective. By launching the north facility, Harmony Auto now operates a dual-site network in the city, perfectly complementing their existing Bristol South dealership in Brislington. For local motorists, this means unprecedented access to zero-emission vehicle demonstrations, hands-on expert advice, and comprehensive aftersales support, no matter which side of the Clifton Suspension Bridge you call home.
High Turnout and Strong Test Drive Demand
The launch event proved that Bristol’s appetite for electric and intelligent hybrid mobility is stronger than ever. Over 100 guests—ranging from daily commuters and tech enthusiasts to local media representatives—flooded the showroom.
The atmosphere was buzzing, and the team was kept incredibly busy. By the end of the day, the dealership completed more than 50 in-depth vehicle demonstrations. Visitors had the chance to take the cars out on the local roads around Patchway, Filton, and Westbury-on-Trym, experiencing BYD’s cutting-edge electrification and intelligent driver technology firsthand.

During the event, Bristol Manager of Harmony Auto UK, Sing Cheung shared an overview of Bristol North’s services, future plans and current model lineup. He highlighted the showroom’s commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless ownership experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle handover and aftersales support.
Across BYD Bristol South and North, customers can explore BYD’s full range of battery electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles. The electric vehicle lineup includes BYD Dolphin, Dolphin Surf, ATTO 2, ATTO 3 EVO, SEAL and SEALION 7, while the plug-in hybrid range includes BYD SEAL 6 DM-i, SEAL 6 DM-i Touring, SEALION 5 DM-i and SEAL U DM-i. Customers will also be among the first to experience the upcoming BYD ATTO 2 DM- i, which is scheduled to arrive in the showroom next week.
