Three Days To Go Before Window Wanderland Lights Up Streets In Shirehampton

Window Wanderland makes a welcome return to Shirehampton from Friday 23rd February until Sunday 25th February each evening from 5pm until 8pm.

Now in it’s 4th year and after the great success of last years High Street Window Wanderland, this weekend’s event returns to its roots with many local residents making their own window designs to be displayed in their front windows. Several shops and business’ will also be taking part again. This year’s window displays promise to be just as creative and colourful just like previous years.

This is fun for all the family and a street map of the Window Wanderland trail is available to help find the many creative windows displaying all inspiring designs. John Hastings has been co-ordinator for Shirehampton’s Window Wanderland event and can’t wait to see all the window displays lit up in all their glory. “It feels it has been a long long winter and Window Wanderland is the perfect pick me up for many.

Whether you do the Wanderland Trail on your own or with friends and family, it certainly creates a fun atmosphere and brings the community together.
