An Integral new team Member for Bristol’s KPA – Introducing Eve Martin

We are thrilled to welcome a new member to Team!

KPA; please join us in extending a big, KPA-style, warm introduction, to the incredible Eve Martin, a dynamic professional, known for her resourcefulness and exceptional multi-tasking skills, who has been making her presence felt, since day one!

Eve joined us, here at KPA, last month bringing with her an impressive 8 years of experience in the property industry, with the past 5 years dedicated exclusively to HMOs (Houses in Multiple Occupation). Her depth of expertise makes her an invaluable addition to the team, and we are confident that she will play a pivotal role in supporting the team into 2025 and beyond, and in KPA’s continued growth.

Eve’s credentials are remarkable, but what really sets her apart is her alignment with KPA’s unique ethos and values. She embodies the spirit of collaboration, dedication and innovation that defines who we are, and we are certain that you’ll want to join us in giving her a heartfelt welcome!

Reflecting on KPA’s journey to date, its fantastic to see how far we’ve come. What began as an idea and a belief in the need for change – founded by Angie and Ben – has grown into a thriving and energetic business, whose growth, this year alone, has been colossal, and this is testament to the power of passion, belief and an exceptional team. In the words of our Onboarding Manager, Rich, “KPA is an Elite Team,” and we couldn’t agree with him more!

Our success stems from our ability to work seamlessly together, celebrating each other’s achievements and staying committed to a shared vision – we have a saying here at KPA, which captures this sense of shared vision and respect for each other’s abilities beautifully – “…it’s amazing what can be achieved, when no one cares about who gets the credit…” As we grow, we remain dedicated to maintaining the high standards of service and care that our clients and stakeholders have come to expect from us. As landlords themselves, our founders, Ben and Angie Nicholls, understand the concerns and motivations of our landlord clients, because they share these same concerns and motivations themselves. This firsthand insight informs our approach and reinforces our commitment to fairness, equity and excellence.
